Mega Inspire+ Adult Diapers

These Inspire Diapers are some of the most comfortable ones to wear over extended periods of time. They have good absorbency but better with a couple of boosters in. They are very soft and the plastic backing is great. The landing strip works well as well as the tapes. A bit pricey,but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend these!!

These are great diapers. They are the single most absorbent brief I have ever worn. The tapes are strong and hold well.

As someone who was diagnosed with nerve damage and ALS, I was always looking for something that would hold up all day and all night. These diapers were the perfect fit for both situations. I no longer have to worry about leaks day or night. For nighttime use you also also use a Rearz booster for absolute complete protection. I no longer wake up at night to a wet feeling. While these diapers are a bit thicker than most especially with a booster, they will offer you the protection you deserve. They are plastic backed and make a slight crinkle sound, but with the right clothes they can be discrete. This is the only diaper I will ever buy again. I am 100% satisfied. Most comfortable diaper I've ever worn so far. They have really good absorbency and more capacity than any other diaper I've worn so far. I plan to buy more in the future.

I've been Incotinate for over 20 years, Rearz inspired plus diapers are the best I've ever used, very thick and a wide crotch, work very well for my Incotinance needs. Tapes will never come loose, I'm bladder and bowel Incotinate and work for me with no leaks or messes.

Bedwetter? These are the ones for you. I wear every night - no leaks ever as the absorbency is pretty incredible.

I've been Incotinate for many years, I've tried many brand's of diapers, the rearz inspired plus diapers are the best I've ever used. There comfortable to wear and are very absorbent. I'm in diapers 24 7 and these are what I use. I've been Incotinate for over 20 years, with no control over my bladder and sometimes lose of my bowel control.

Being incontinent for a number of years, I needed a diaper that was comfortable to wear and very absorbent because I am a heavy wetter. I tried many diapers on the market and was using the 24/7 diapers until they recently became unavailable. I wanted a diaper that was close to the 24/7 diaper and this seems to be it. It is comfortable to wear and very absorbent. I sleep through the night and wake up in dry sheets. For added protection, I also wear rubber pants.

There’s diapers are truly in a class of their own. I have an overactive bladder that has recently stopped respiratory ding to medication and I am not forced to wear diapers 24/7. I only wear these at night as they are a bit thick for day time use but if you wore looser fitting clothes they would be fine for day times. I wet a lot at night and regularly wake up to a soaked diaper in the morning and these are the only diapers I have worn that have yet to leak. I have tried countless “overnight” diapers that all leak immediately but these will last all night regardless of how much you wet them I can honestly not think of a single bad thing to say about them and if they had a slightly lighter version that was slightly more discreet for daytime use I would only buy rearz. You will not regret your purchase if you buy these.

These are a great choice for overnight. I used to wear two of two other brands, but now I just wear one.
A little expensive but now that I only need the one for night it helps. Very comfortable and does the job when needed.
I now get a good nights sleep feeling confident I will no longer have any leaks at night.

Very smooth yet very durable poly backing. Good wide tapes and landing zone. I was surprised by how soft the lining is. Very absorbent but also quite thick. The fast discrete shipping is always nice.
